Refund policy
Goods can be returned within a period of seven days provided the goods indicated on the respective document of sale still retain the original condition in which they were sold and that no apparent damage has been done to such goods.
We do not accept the return of items which have been personalized through engraving or other means, unless we are at fault.
Transport for the return of goods is to be incurred by the client.
