Ordering and Delivery Terms.

Internet shopping via this website is only applicable to residents of the island of Malta ( Gozo not included). Should you wish to enquire about delivery outside Malta, please contact us at info@gemalta.com. We will inform you of shipping costs.

"Working days" in delivery estimates means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Malta.

The goods will be delivered within two working days from receipt of payment. The address, the contact person and the time of delivery are to be agreed upon between the Client and the Company. Non-compliance of this agreement by Client can incur an extra charge to the Client which will not exceed that originally quoted.

Any request to delete whole or part of an order has to be made to info@gemalta.com prior to the dispatch of the order.

 

Customer Pick-Up

You may prefer to collect your order yourself from  our shop. If so, packing and delivery charges do not apply. Please specify customer pick-up when ordering.

We will e-mail you when your order is ready for collection. The person collecting the order must present official identification and sign on a copy of the relative sale document which will be retained by the Company.

You may collect the goods within 30 days. In your own interest, we specify that the person who made the order must be the one who collects the goods, showing identification and the payment card used to place the order.
